Oreo Cookie Bread Pudding

Ingredients

Oreo cookies, coarsely broken

milk
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
granulated sugar
|
|
1/4 |
cup |
butter, melted
|
|

eggs
|
|

teaspoon |
vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Mix bread cubes and cookie pieces in large bowl; set aside.
Blend milk, sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla; pour over bread mixture, stirring to coat. Pour into greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Serve warm or cold. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a splash of cream or half and half.
