Broiled Crab English Muffins
These toasted seafood snacks are a sure hit

Ingredients

English muffins, split
|
|

crab meat
|
|
1/4 |
cup |
margarine (1/2 stick)
|
|
1/2 |
teaspoon |
garlic powder
|
|
2 |
teaspoons |
mayonnaise
|
|
1/2 |
teaspoon |
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
|
|
1 |
jar |
Old English Cheddar Cheese spread
|
|
Directions:
Toast English muffins. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, then spread over toasted English muffins. Cut muffins into fourths. Broil under low heat until spread begins to brown.
