Apricot Pecan Sauce
Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients

cup |
apricot fruit spread
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
whipping cream
|
|
2 |
tablespoons |
butter
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
chopped pecans
|
|
1/2 |
teaspoon |
vanilla
|
|
1 |
teaspoon |
rum extract
|
|
Directions:
In a saucepan, bring fruit spread, cream and butter to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-5 minutes.
Stir in pecans, vanilla and rum extract. Remove from heat. Serve over ice cream.
