Berry Sorbet Smoothie
Loaded with 300 mg of calcium!
Yield: 2 servings
Ingredients
1/3 |
cup |
blueberries
|

1/3 |
cup |
raspberries
|
|
1/3 |
cup |
blackberries
|
|
2 |
scoops |
low fat fruit sorbet: mango, pineapple or berry
|
|
1 |
cup |
skim milk
|
|
2 |
teaspoons |
honey
|
|
|
|
Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired
|
|
Directions:
Place berries, sorbet, milk and honey in a blender container; cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and add fresh raspberries if desired.
