Crunchy Radish-Olive Nachos

Ingredients

corn tortilla chips

thinly sliced radishes
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
diced plum tomatoes
|
|
1/2 |
cup |
sliced ripe olives
|
|
1/4 |
cup |
sliced green onions (scallions)
|
|
1/3 |
cup |
creamy garlic/herb cheese spread (about 3 ounces), or shredded hot pepper Jack
|
|
Directions:
On two large paper plates, arrange an equal amount of tortilla chips in a single layer.
Sprinkle with radishes, tomatoes, olives and green onions; dot with cheese spread.
Microwave 1 plate at a time, on HIGH (100% power) until cheese melts, about 1 minute.
Serve immediately.
