Ingredients

(4 - 6 ounce) brie, cut into 24 small wedges
|

1/4 |
cup |
apricot preserves
|
|
|
|
Sliced almonds
|
|
Directions:
Top each cracker with 1 wedge of cheese, 1/2 tsp preserves and sliced almonds.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
