Grilled Ham Slice with Pineapple Salsa
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients

(8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained

orange marmalade
|
|

tablespoon |
fresh cilantro
|
|
2 |
teaspoons |
chopped fresh jalapeno chile
|
|
2 |
teaspoons |
lime juice
|
|
1/4 |
teaspoon |
salt
|
|

|
fully cooked center cut ham, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
|
|
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well and set aside.
Place ham on grill over medium heat and cook 10-12 minutes or until thoroughly heated, turning 3-4 times. Serve with pineapple salsa.
