Pineapple Daiquiri Sundae

Ingredients

fresh pineapple, cored, peeled and cut into chunks

dark rum
|
|

sugar
|
|

lime juice
|
|

zest of 2 limes, cut into strands

cornstarch
|

vanilla ice cream
|
|
Directions:
Place all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve hot over vanilla ice cream.
